Description
Information flow control regulates where information is allowed to travel within a network and between interconnected networks. The flow of all network traffic must be monitored and controlled, so it does not introduce any unacceptable risk to the network infrastructure or data. It is imperative that when information is being moved from one security domain to another, policy filters must be applied to the data to enforce the organization's security policy requirements. Data structure constraints for differing security domains is not a function of DNS.
